Manipulation through the cranial bones, spine and sacrum (tailbone), it is thought that normalizes the cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system, removing interferences which can improves body’s own ability to heal.

As a chiropractor, many of the symptoms Dr. Candace’s patients present with (low back pain, diastasis rectus abdominis, neck/upper back pain, etc.), are symptoms of core dysfunction. Pelvic floor therapy looks different for everyone and Dr. Candace uses a multimodal approach to treatment that may include soft tissue work, adjustments, and therapeutic exercise. An initial assessment is 90 minutes and treatments are often 1 hour.

Health Coaching is a partnership between coach and client that empowers women to reach their health goals. Chrissy believes that her clients are experts in their own health and well-being and she is confident that each woman can access her innate healing wisdom to unlock her full potential to achieve her goals. She works collaborative with her clients to help develop a clear vision of optimal health which acts as a roadmap to guide the client’s journey. Chrissy’s role as a health coach, is to show a woman her strengths, provide her with resources and help her to overcome obstacle to change. As a health coach, Chrissy takes a powerful stand for her client’s vision to facilitate health transformation even when client’s struggle and feel like giving up.

Chrissy specializes in coaching women who are trying to achieve a Vaginal Birth after Cesarean by providing 1:1 Coaching as well as educational and resource support to help empower women for a healing birth experience. Coaching can also be used for any type of long-term lifestyle modification that a client desires.

Chrissy uses integrative coaching practices to address multiple domains of health including relationships, work, emotions, environment as well as physical domain.

Dr. Abbey Crouse graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. From a young age, Dr. Abbey has been passionate about natural, holistic healthcare and felt called to become a chiropractor.

Dr. Abbey provides chiropractic care to patients of all ages and needs. Her passion is to care for women, especially during the motherhood transition, their babies, and families. Dr. Abbey has extensive training in women’s health and pediatric care; she certified in the Webster Technique by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is a certified BirthFit Professional.

Dr. Abbey is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®) specializing in concussion and is on the Ohio Concussion Registry. Additional training programs and specialty techniques she has completed include advanced nutrition, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stimulation (DNS), functional rehabilitation therapy (FMS/SFMA), and RockTape/kinesiology taping, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) healthcare professional training.

To meet the needs of each patient and provide exceptional chiropractic care, Dr. Abbey utilizes a variety of techniques and instruments. Techniques she uses includes Diversified, Impulse iQ® instrument adjusting, Thompson drop techniques, Applied Kinesiology, cranial therapy, extremity adjusting and mobilization, soft tissue techniques (including active release techniques, trigger point therapy, Graston/instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)), Flexion-distraction, Cranial therapy, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), and Toggle/Upper Cervical techniques.

Chrissy is passionate about helping women achieve their health and wellness goals from preconception and beyond. Currently she works with women to provide exercises, coaching and specialized pelvic health physical therapy to help women achieve an active lifestyle who are experiencing pain or limited activity due to symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary incontinence, uterine prolapse or pelvic pain. Dr. Candace Gesicki is a mom of three. She has a passion to support women and their families through their journey into motherhood. She is a Diplomate through the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture, a Mercier Therapy Practitioner, a DONA trained birth doula, and placenta encapsulator. She is certified in the Webster Technique through the ICPA and has taken extensive training to support women and their babies during this sacred time.

Dr. Candace resides in Broadview Heights with her husband, Eric, and children, Otto, Rhys, and Adeline. Outside of the office, she enjoys all things Cleveland and spending time with her family. She is an active member of International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) of Greater Cleveland and hosts the Delivering Strength Podcast. Her oldest was born via unplanned cesarean (you can listen to his birth story on the podcast) and her younger two children were born at home.

Additional trainings Dr. Candace has taken include Active Release Technique (ART), CrossFit L1 trainer, myofascial taping, nutrition, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Aubrey is a registered functional nutritionist, perinatal fitness coach, lactation counselor, kangaroula, and advocate for women as they make the journey into motherhood. Specializing in perinatal and pediatric nutrition, Aubrey supports women in improving their health, cycles, and fertility so they can have a healthy pregnancy and reduce the risk of complications and preterm delivery. She works with women so they can thrive postpartum as they transition into motherhood and mothers who want to get their little one off to the right start with nutrition and health or those struggling with the anxiety of a child who isn’t growing as expected. She is a momma to 3 earthside babies, expecting a second rainbow, and 4 angels she has yet to meet. After two traumatic births, miscarriages, feeding issues, a NICU stay, PPA, a VBA2C, and more, Aubrey became even more passionate about supporting mothers in their transition into motherhood. Jessica Vallejo has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Massage Instructor since 2011. She is fluent in the modalities of Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, BioDynamic Massage Cupping, Chinese Cupping, Abdominal Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy, She also offers infant massage and is a birth and postpartum doula. Recent courses Jessy has taken include A Cerrar as Caderas- Womb Closing, Reclaiming the Cuarentena, Thai Massage / Yoga Massage, Decolonizing the Rebozo, and Decolonizing your Moon Time. Jessica has a passion for healing with touch, the ancient art of massage, wellness and inspiring others to seek their best self.

She is originally from Toledo, Ohio and has attended the Ohio State University, where she studied Ethnic Studies and Spanish.
